We manufacture and deliver your roof structure for a simple mono-pitch roof with high-quality cold roof construction – ideal for new builds or renovations in the range of 150–200 m². The design is optimally tailored to a roof slope of 35°.

🔧 Construction from top to bottom:

• Battens (for on-site roof covering)
• Counter battens for ventilation
• Nail sealing tape for wind and waterproof penetrations
• Diffusion-open underlay
• Monolithic membrane as a secondary waterproof layer
• Sheathing (closed, load-bearing)
• Rafters according to static calculation (spruce NSi)
