  Development of two different design approaches – each tailored to your requirements, the property, and the usage concept.

  Timeframe, investment overview, and resource requirements – realistic and comprehensible.
• Transparent Documentation
  Written concept including a comparison of both designs, floor plans, visualization ideas, and service description.
• Proposal Presentation (optional)
  Presentation and discussion of the two variants including Q&A, feedback round, and decision support.

  Two fully elaborated basic ideas – for selection, combination, or further development.
• Up to 2 Revision Cycles
  Based on your feedback, we adjust both designs specifically or deepen the favorite.
