This assembly surcharge is required when the area planned for dormer installation is already being used as developed living space from the inside.

In such cases, increased effort for protecting existing surfaces and precise adjustment work is necessary. This includes, among others:

• ✅ Protective measures for interior claddings
• ✅ Protective measures for floors and furniture
• ✅ More complex connections to existing interior spaces

Note: This item is only charged if the roof area has already been developed as living space. If the area is still in its raw state, this surcharge is not required.
