Application Recommendation

From the plant – into the bottle – onto the stove

• Shake well, open, pour
• Can be used undiluted
• When diluted: maximum mixing ratio 1:1 with water
• Depending on sauna size, approx. 25–35ml per infusion
• Note: Not suitable for consumption. May cause allergic reactions

Storage: After opening, seal airtight and use within 10 days. Store at 12–20°C.
