Available in three sizes:

• 20 hours – ideal for small additional or service tasks
• 50 hours – for medium project phases and installations
• 100 hours – for extensive construction or retrofitting projects

Notes on Using Hourly Packages

1. Validity:
   All booked hourly packages are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused hours expire without replacement after the validity period.
   Extensions can be individually arranged upon request.

2. Billing:
   Billing is calculated to the minute based on the actual working time of the booked professional.
   Travel times from/to Ottobeuren are considered working time.

3. Combination of Professionals:
   Trainees (2nd and 3rd year) can only be booked in combination with a skilled worker, foreman, or master craftsman.
   Independent booking of trainee hourly packages is not possible.

4. No Cash Refund:
   A refund of unused hours in monetary form is generally excluded.

5. Transferability:
   Unused hours can be transferred within the validity period to other projects or household members.
   Alternatively, the remaining value can be flexibly used for other products or services from our range (e.g., garden furniture, accessories, services).

6. Credit for Partial Use:
   If you have only partially used your hourly package, the value of the unused hours will be credited as follows to a voucher:

   Voucher Value = Total Package Price × (Remaining Hours / Originally Booked Hours)

   Example:

   • Original Package: 50 hours for 1866 €
   • Used Hours: 30
   • Remaining Hours: 20
     ➔ Voucher Value = 1866 € × (20 / 50) = 746 €

   The issued voucher is valid until the expiration date of the original package and cannot be paid out in cash.
