Note:
The creation of a foundation proposal is usually part of our service after signing a construction contract. If you wish to take this step in advance, it is possible in combination with one of our planning packages starting from “Concept Classic”.

Of course, the flat fee for the foundation proposal will be fully credited in the event of a subsequent contract assignment.
