Scope of Services:

  Floor plans, elevations, and sections according to the valid development plan and the requirements of the state building code.
• 📏 Land Survey
  Coordination with an officially approved surveying office for measurement and data preparation.
• 🗺️ Obtaining Site Plan & Neighborhood Directory
  Application and integration of relevant documents from the cadastral office or surveying authority.
• 🧮 Creation of Setback Area Plan
  Considering the building regulation prescribed setback areas.
• 📊 Calculation of Built-up Volume
  According to DIN 277 – for building regulation assessment and internal calculations.

Optionally Bookable:

• Coordination with authorities / Approval service.
• Integration of specialized planning (structural analysis, fire protection, energy consulting).
• Assistance with special permits or deviation requests.
