🏗️ Roof Structure – Cold Roof Construction for Gable Roof (approx. 200 m² base area)

We manufacture and assemble your roof structure as a cold roof with a well-thought-out, multi-layered design – perfectly suited for a classic gable roof with approx. 1 + D and a roof pitch of 35°.

🔧 Technical Structure (from top to bottom):

• Battens (ready for roofing by the builder)
• Counter battens for ventilation
• Nail sealing tape for secure connections
• Vapor-permeable underlayment
• Monolithic film as a secondary waterproofing layer
• Sheathing (closed, for stable roof surface)
• Rafters according to structural requirements (Spruce NSi)

• Roof Shape: Simple gable roof
• Building Class: 1 + D
• Roof Pitch: 35°
• Base Area incl. Roof Overhang: approx. 200 m²
