• Building with floor size 1+D
• Roof pitch between 37–50 degrees
• Roofing: Bitumen welding membrane
• Rain gutter provided by the client
• Compliance with GEG guidelines
• Execution in natural spruce – Painting by the client or optional
• Interior finishing by the client
• A construction-relevant drawing is available
• The building application is fully submitted or already approved
• At the installation site, the roof space is not developed – Roof beams and roofing are visible
• No special measures for construction site protection necessary: free walkways, no dust protection door or air purifier required
• Reinforcement of the roof structure is not necessary
• Windows not included
