- Roof pitch between 37–50 degrees
- Roof covering: Braas Frankfurter Pfanne, matte brick red
- Rain gutter provided on-site
- Compliance with GEG regulations
- Execution in natural spruce – painting on-site or optional
- Interior finishing provided on-site
- A construction-relevant drawing is available
- The building permit has been fully submitted or already approved
- At the installation site, the attic space is not developed – roof beams and roof covering are visible
- No special measures for site protection required: free walkways, no dust protection door or air purifier necessary
- Reinforcement of the roof structure is not necessary
- Windows not included
