Secure your personal hour budget for professional services provided by our master. Compared to individual billing, you benefit from attractive package prices – with full transparency and flexible usability.

Available in three sizes:

• 20 Hours – Ideal for small additional or service tasks
• 50 Hours – Perfect for medium-sized project phases and installations
• 100 Hours – Suitable for extensive construction or retrofitting

Notes on Using Hour Packages

1. Validity:
   All booked hour packages are valid for 24 months from the purchase date. After the validity period expires, unused hours are forfeited without replacement.
   An extension can be individually arranged upon request.

2. Billing:
   Billing is accurate to the minute based on the actual working time of the booked professional.
   Travel times from/to Ottobeuren count as working time.

3. Combination of Professionals:
   Trainees (2nd and 3rd year) can only be booked in combination with a professional technician, foreman, or master.
   Independent booking of trainee hour packages is not possible.

4. No Cash Payment:
   Refunds of unused hours in cash are fundamentally excluded.

5. Transferability:
   Unused hours can be transferred to other projects or household members within the validity period.
   Alternatively, the remaining value can be flexibly used for other products or services from our range (e.g., garden furniture, accessories, services).

6. Credit for Partial Usage:
   If you only partially use your hour package, the value of the unused hours will be credited to a voucher as follows:

   Voucher Value = Total Package Price × (Remaining Hours / Originally Booked Hours)

   Example:

   • Original Package: 50 hours for €5,440
   • Used Hours: 30
   • Remaining Hours: 20
     ➔ Voucher Value = €5,440 × (20 / 50) = €2,176

   The issued voucher is valid until the expiration date of the original package and cannot be paid out in cash.
